I. Material Selection & Free Estimate

Call the Elegant Rocks rep nearest your location to arrange an appointment for your

free estimate for your granite material.

The rep will draw a diagram of your cabinets and show you actual granite samples. If you want to see more colors and/or larger granite pieces, your rep will meet you at a

supplier who is most likely to have the color you are desire and will help you with your color selection. The rep will provide you with a written quote.

Fax your cabinet layout and dimensions to your nearest Elegant Rocks rep. Indicate the dimension from the center of the sink and the center of cook top, if any, to the end of the cabinet on your layout.  Also, list the color granite you would like on your layout.

There are over 600 granite colors used for counter tops. Elegant Rocks purchases granite from over 20 importers from San Francisco to Sacramento. You are not limited to just 20-30 colors that most granite suppliers stock when you purchase from Elegant Rocks.

II.   Material Delivery & Payment

Once the deposit, 50%, for the granite material is made, we will give you a date when the material will be delivered to the fabricator/installer.

When your material is delivered to the fabricator/installer, we will arrange a convenient time with you to come to see and to accept your material. At that meeting, the final payment on your material is due.

If the color you select is in stock and you select the actual slab(s) from inventory then payment of 100% will be due at that time no deposit needed.

III.  The Final Step

Because we are material suppliers only and not installers, you will need to select a licensed granite fabricator/installer or you can choose to install the counters yourself. Your Elegant Rocks rep can give you a list of licensed granite fabricators/installers. You will pay your selected fabricator/installer directly for their work.
